Advanced Pipe Repair has announced that it has added a new team member to its ranks. Chris Bloun has joined the Advanced Pipe Repair team as the new Operations Manager. Chris has years of experience in pipe repair, and now he’s bringing his pipe repair skills and his project leadership skills to Texas, US.
Chris worked for his family’s service company before signing on to work with Advanced Pipe Repair. Chris began working for the family business shortly after starting school for engineering. His family’s business handled every kind of pipe service, from pipe cleaning to camera inspections to rehabilitation. The company received its lining certification in 2010 and started putting that knowledge to work in 2014.
Chris’ connection to Advanced Pipe Repair began approximately four years ago at the Pumper and Cleaner Expo, an annual exhibition that features equipment, education, and networking opportunities for people in the pipe service industry. There, Chris was introduced to Clayton Holland, owner of Advanced Pipe Repair.
Now, Chris is the Operations Manager at Advanced Pipe Repair. He is ready to move to Texas from Alaska, US, his home state. Once he arrives, he’ll start working on a project for the Four Seasons Hotel in Austin.
Thanks to Chris’ expertise, Advanced Pipe Repair can become even more efficient and far-reaching. The company will continue offering its trenchless pipe rehabilitation methods, including cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining. Trenchless pipe repair involves little to no digging, so it limits noise, destruction, and property damage.
